Huawei Mate X, this folding sail smartphone will get some changes before its launch in early November 2019.
Huawei Mate X will reportedly have several important changes from the original plan. Mate X will likely be equipped with a faster processor with a more efficient 5G modem, the Kirin 990. So because of the delay, this smartphone will not be equipped with a Kirin 980 processor.
In addition to the new processor, Huawei will also enhance the ability of the camera and insert a Time of Flight (ToF) sensor like the one on the Huawei P30 Pro. While on the back there is a button to release the Mate X fold. This change has been previously hinted at and is possible to prevent excessive force when opening the smartphone. But reportedly some of the old buttons will still survive in the rear body.
Reportedly Mate X will debut in early November in China. Unfortunately not yet known when Mate X will be launched globally. It seems we still have to wait until Mate X is really released to see the truth of this leak. Meanwhile, Huawei Mate X will have dimensions of 161.3 x 146.2 x 11mm. This smartphone will also display an 8-inch screen with a resolution of 2480 x 2200 pixels and an aspect ratio of 8: 7.1.
But when the screen is folded, it will display a 6.6 inch screen with a resolution of 2480 x 1148 pixels. The folding smartphone is also equipped with a capacity of 4,500 mAh battery with 55W charging support. Not to forget, Huawei equip RAM up to 12GB and internal memory up to 512GB. Mate X is also equipped with a fingerprint scanner on the side of the body.
